Rose wreath wall craft with rice bag and color stones!

Hi, today we are going to make a beautiful wall craft with rice bag. Usually, we will throw the rice bag, if it has damage or the time we don't want to use it anymore, but we can also make many beautiful crafts with it, one of them is "beautiful ROSE wreath", that is we are going to see its making now...

Materials used:

Rice bags

Glue gun

Scissors

Color stones

Pizza cover or any packing box cardboard cover

Description:

For making flowers:

Cut the rice bag into thin strips. Take a strip in hand, hold its one end as like in the picture, and fold the end like "V" shape. (Please do not think that I did this in one hand, I hold the flower in one hand and took photos using the other one.)

Using the other hand, hold the tip of the "V" section, and start to roll-up to make the center bud. 

Then, twist the strip and roll the flower, twist and roll..., towards the strip end. 

During this process, we should hold the flower tightly, or else, the layers will get loose and end up with the separation of twisted layers.

Glue the end with the lower side of the flower using hot glue gun. 

Apply hot glue between the layers and press the flower surrounding it from all the sides for strong fixing of the layers.

Do flowers as many as needed to make a wreath.

For making wreath:

Cut the cardboard cover like a ring (or donut) shape. 

Fix the flowers one by one over the whole ring leaving little space at both edges.

Fix the flowers using hot glue gun, and once applied the glue, press the flower with the cardboard till the flower get fixed rigidly. Glue the flowers closely without space.

If you like colorful flowers, paint the flowers as you want. I used the flowers without colored.

For decoration:

Decorate both edges of the ring with color stones to give border to the flowers.

Instead of color stones, we can also use big shining beads to decorate the border.

I have used red, green and blue color resin stones. We can also paint the normal pebble stones with nail polishes and decorate the borders. 

That's all... A beautiful wall craft is ready to hang...

Hang the craft on wall using a push pin. 

This craft is very simple to make, all we want to spend some more time to make flowers in large numbers. we can do it side by side watching tv, chatting with family.

Hanging craft with egg carton and tissue holder flowers!

Materials used:

Large paper plate - 1
Small paper cup - 1
Egg carton
Tissue tube holders
Paints, Glitters, Confetti,
Scissors, and Glue gun

Description:

For making tissue holder flowers: 

Cut the tissue holder like flower petals as shown in picture.

Glue the petals on one over another in round shape like a flower using hot glue gun.

For center bud, cut the tissue holder into small small oval shaped pieces.

Take a piece in  hand, hold one edge and press down its center with a finger to get heartin-like shape, and glue the pressed center to fix the shape.

Fix the bud at the flower center. Make flowers as many as needed and paint  and decorate them as you like.

For making egg carton flowers: 

Cut the egg carton shells separately. Then cut each egg cartons in to flower shapes.

Paint the flowers with the colors of your choice and decorate with glitters and confetti.

Decorating the first layer hanging:

Take the large paper plate and glue tissue holder flowers over its whole side edges completely using hot glue gun.

Decorate the inner side of the plate with glitters.

Decorating the second layer hanging:

Glue the egg carton flowers over the sides of the small paper cup and decorate the outer side of the plate with confetti.

For the center hanging:

Make tissue holder heartin bud chain with 3 heartin and 3 egg carton flowers and fix them as shown in the picture.

Final work:
Before joining the first and second layer hangings, put four holes in the large plate and insert strong threads through the holes and knot them together on over the upper side of the plate to get a single hanging.

Then, join both the plates with using an egg carton flower in the middle as like in the picture.

Use a push pin and hang the craft on the middle of the room wall.

This craft is easy and we can make it with recycling materials like egg carton and tissue tube rolls.

Candlelight decoration with empty milk jug or any plastic can!

Materials used:

Pot candle,
Normal small round candle
Empty milk jug
Cure pipes or any decorative wire
Unused nail polishes
Confetti or glitters
Glue/glue gun

Description:

Color the pot candle with nail polish (2-3 coatings) and let it dry completely. It will avoid the oil absorption, if we use to light it with using cotton thread (Indian style). Also it will give a nice look to the pot candle.

Draw flower petal shapes on milk jug and cut the petals separately.

Then, take a small cardboard box, and cut one side of the box with small round shape, for making the basement of the decorative candle. Color the cardboard with white paint, and over it, glue the milk jug petals in round flower shape.

Bend and fold the cure pipes/pipe cleaner or decorating wire, and glue it over the boarder of each petals shown in picture.

Paint the petals with a floral color nail polish (like red, pink, etc).

If need, decorate the petals with confetti and glitters. Bend the petals slightly downward, so that the tip of each petals will touch the base.

Glue and place the pot candle at the center of the decorated milk jug flower, and keep the normal candle inside the pot candle (We can also use cotton thread and oil to light the pot candle.).

We can use this decorative candle in pooja rooms and it will give more beauty to the candle lighting.

Flower vase with Crepe paper Chrysanthemum flowers!

Most people are familiar with crepe paper streamers, but we can also make various kinds of flowers with these crepe papers. I have tried a flower vase with paper chrysanthemum flowers. This is very easy to do and we need only three thing to make it out.

Materials used:

Crepe papers
            - red and white for petals
            - yellow for stamen
            - green for calyx

Floral wire

Floral tape
Floral arranger  or any vase

Description:

For making stamen: Take an yellow crepe paper and fold it 3-4 times to get a length of each fold with approximately 1.5 inches, and cut through the folds to get individual sheets.

Arrange the sheets equally, and hold the sheets on one side, and cut deeply and closely on the other side like fringes.

For making petals: Take any floral color crepe paper (I used red and white.) with 12 inches length and cut the one side as like in the picture.

For making calyx: Take a green color crepe paper with app 2 inches length, and cut one side as like the petals.

For making flower: Take a floral wire with a length of 6 inches and and bend it at its center and twist both sides to get a single thick wire.

Then, wind-up the stamen over its one end. After that, wind-up the petals over the stamen, covering it fully, and lastly, wind-up with the green color crepe paper.

Now, start to wrap the lower side of the flower with floral tape (tightly) till the end of the floral wire.
Finally, open-up the calyx and petals.

For making flower vase: Make the flowers as many needed as for a flower vase. Then, arrange the flower with the design of your choice and insert the flowers into a vase or floral arranger.

I have arranged the flowers like an umbrella-shape, and inserted on a floral arranger.

This flower vase is very easy to make, and we can make it so quickly for any party decorations.
